This band is already together for over 35 years, yet they released only like 5 albums over the years, that's about one every 7 years. I'm not sure if it is something magical or mythical, but with “Far out” the band produces an album that could be released 35 years ago. Some psychedelic influences, some blues and country rock and a good portion of creativity brings together a handful of songs that are done in the style and atmosphere of way back. Think the Dead, The Byrds or Canned Heat on an exchange program, that's about the best I can come up with.

On tunes like “Come On Linda”, “Someone else”, “Bad Liver Blues” or “Hey Senorita” the band proves that time was wrong and it is still worth to go back to the mid-sixties west-coast to create some good rocking roots music drenched in mind broadening substances . Topped with some southern rock and soul, this album is simply said a perfect outcome, especially if you realize that the band hails from Italy instead from the US. A must have for lovers of old-time sixties roots rock.
