As you probably have noticed these guys from Arkansas are touring Europe again. They’re gonne be here for quite sometime, so you’ll have no excuse not to check them out.
This group can best be described as a sinister, more darker bluegrass band, serving up songs about murder, misery, necrophilia, and all other type of things that fall in the category disturbing behavior, basically everything a mainstream artist wouldn’t sing about.
For this gig, Marvin Cuvelier, a member of the Moonshine Playboys joined the band on stage to add some dobro to this soundtrack of mayhem.

Notes From the Road
Friday, August 22 was a great outdoor festival in Italy. Huge crowd in an ancient square in a town called Senigallia. The show is a festival called the Summer Jamboree. I'm feeling good now; my fingers have stopped bleeding and all is well. At one point during the show a girl jumped on stage and handcuffed Brian. Luckily she handed over the key and the show went on. This gig was the first of 4 in a row with a lot of travel to deal with. The next night was Zurich; two flights to get there and then right off to the concert. Buddy Harman, drummer on country music classics, dies at 79

NASHVILLE, Tenn. | Buddy Harman, one of Nashville's most-recorded
drummers, has died. He was 79 years old. Harman died Thursday, said Brian
Davidson, a director at Woodlawn-Roesch-Patton Funeral Home. He reportedly
suffered from congestive heart failure. Harman played drums on more than 18,000
recordings, including Roy Orbison's "Pretty Woman"; Patsy
Cline's "Crazy"; Johnny Cash's "Ring of
Fire"; Tammy Wynette's "Stand By Your Man"; and Elvis
Presley's "Little Sister"

Madrid concert at La Riviera was madness; it was packed to the ceilings. Sold out! One of the coolest things I've ever seen was before the show; Slim Jim and I shared a car from the hotel to concert and were amazed by the thousands of rockers, Billies and Betties that were descending on the venue. They looked great. Fantastic show. I think it was my personal best playing of the tour so far. At one point someone in the crowd yelled out "18 Miles to Memphis," so Brian looked over at me and we played it instead of "Blast Off.

On August 15, Bart Vervecken ( The Rhumba Kings, The Legendary Johnny Trash) his guitar was stolen out of the trunk of his car, while parked in Leuven.
Specifications of the Guitar:
Epiphone les paul lefty vintage sunburst
Gibson 57 humbuckers
Bigsby tremolo
Straplocks.
If you see this guitar ( it's a lefthanded one so easy to notice) or someone tries to sell it to you.

Cooperville a bar, with a terrace and situated near the marina of Turnhout, has a cozy atmosphere. Lately they have been organizing Rock’n’roll gigs, which I can only appreciate. This time it was Sébi Lee’s turn. Sébi Lee, a guy, who compared to a few years ago has made a transformation. A lot more settled down, at ease and prepared for a chat. The man has a lot of humor and makes a lot of effort to talk in Dutch, and that immediately makes him loved by the audience.
